		<description>I love this, Frank!  It made me cry at the end.  Funny thing is, I used to work the reception desk at a church, and part of my job was - you guessed it - validating parking tickets!  Aware of the extra opportunity to appreciate people, I did go out of my way to validate every single person who came in, though in not quite so cheesy and smarmy way as this guy.  It was unexpected, people really loved it, and it was great fun, too!</description>
